Dr. Scott Van Zandt

Dr. Van Zandt earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Houston in 1974. He graduated from The University of Texas Dental School in Houston in 1978. Dr. Van Zandt is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentist. He completed the Hornbrook Advanced Education in Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. He is active in several Dental Study Clubs in Houston. He loves learning and keeping up with the latest dental techniques. He has extensive experience in Invisalign, teeth whitening, cosmetic and implant dentistry. When he is not working, he enjoys playing golf, working out and spending time with family. He has been married for 43 years to Patti who manages the office. They have 4 children and one grandson.

Dr. Stephanie Nielsen Scheyer

Dr. Scheyer earned her undergraduate degree in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and practiced as a CPA prior to attending dental school. She earned her dental degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certificate from The University of North Carolina School of Dentistry at Chapel Hill. Dr. Scheyer has been practicing dentistry in Houston since 2001 and has extensive experience in cosmetic services and utilizes the latest techniques in teeth whitening, cosmetic and implant dentistry.

She is active member of the Greater Houston Dental Society, Texas Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Scheyer is also involved in Spear Education and continually receiving advanced education in multiple areas of dentistry to stay on top of the latest dental science and technology.

Dr. Scheyer is surrounded by a dental family; her father is a general dentist and husband, Dr. Todd Scheyer, is a periodontist. The Scheyers have 3 daughters and enjoy participating in water sports, tennis and working in the garden.

Dental Cleaning

Our preventive treatment helps with all sorts of dental disease. We use standard dental procedure for the removal of tartar (mineralized plaque) that may develop even with careful brushing and flossing, especially in areas that are difficult to reach in routine toothbrushing.

Invisalign

Invisalign scans your impressions, so that they have a 3D model of your teeth in their computer. … You will wear a set of Invisalign trays for two weeks at a time. Each tray is manufactured so that the teeth are slightly straighter than the previous tray.

Laser Dentistry
